For example, we provide extremely successful two-shift production support for a renowned supplier to the automobile industry, whose contract was already signed in 2011. In 2016, the contract was even expanded by services for outside makes (see also our range of services at Service – Production Support). Our technicians are completely integrated in the production process. All daily occurrences, technological issues, error messages, repairs and much more are resolved in direct communication and exchange of experiences. When necessary, the technicians on site have direct access to support functions at the parent company. Only the changing of lubricants, etc. is performed by independent third parties.
