As part of our annual continued education program training requirements for all employees are considered. Besides product specific training we also offer seminars in Communication, Leadership, or Rhetoric. In addition, we also offer a wide variety of language courses which are held both internally as well as externally. Our Social Commitment

We integrate the theoretical course work of job-training colleges with internal theoretical training combined with modern and multi-faceted practical education. We are committed to our own company-intern apprenticeship program. We engage an above-average number of apprentices and train them across many different departments. We further support students with above-average final examinations with opportunities to advance to a technicians’ career.
