Not every converter requires a High-End machine, or require an additional machine for conventional box orders. Under these conditions BAHMÜLLER offers the JETBOX. The machine in its standard configuration and can be equipped with add-on components as part of a modular concept as business requires it. The modular TURBOX concept provides an opportunity for the user to equip the machine to match business requirements therefore future-proving your investment.

UNIQUE FOLD, a servo-driven rotational folding system developed by BAHMÜLLER brings to an end the reign of the conventional folding hook which has been a limiting factor in machine performance for decades. The unique front-fold system, combined with the servo back-fold system reduces the gap between boxes to a bare minimum significantly boosting output performance. ZERO DEFECT during the production is the mantra for the industry. BAHMÜLLER’s UNIQUE EJECT operates in combination with your glue monitoring and code reading system. UNIQUE EJECT will eject out of specification boxes up to 1000 mm (40”) in width at full production speed. Additional modules, like the popular multi-piece feeder TOPMATCHER, the turning station UNIQUE TURN, and the POWERPACKER round off BAHMÜLLER’s specialty folder gluer program.

The Boxflow®Control system is the interface between man and machine. Various touch-screen displays and a remote control allow operation of the machine from any position. Basic blank dimensions for various box styles and even specialties can be entered directly on the touch-screen display. Based on this data the optimal machine setup is calculated and the machine is automatically setup. All optimized settings can be stored to each order allowing perfectly reproducing each setup. The machine operator benefits from a wide variety of stored orders easing the workload and ensuring maximum productivity. The business benefits from consistent product quality, minimized setup times and reduced manufacturing costs.

Optionally, all production and machine data can be downloaded onto your specific ERP/MRP system. Part of the machine control system is an integrated diagnostic system. It captures and processes all service and maintenance related data. To ensure maximum machine availability, the machine can be equipped with the BAHMÜLLER Online Service diagnostic system BOS. It enables our service team to remotely provide service assistance when necessary.

Jetbox

A BAHMÜLLER machine for each converter and for each budget. The JETBOX is the perfect solution for an entry-level machine or can provide production relieve for other specialty folder gluers. The JETBOX has been developed based on, and shares major components with the successful TURBOX with BOXFLOW®CONTROL.
