RONDO GANAHL DECIDED TO GO FOR TURBOX

Equipped with UNIQUE EJECT from BAHMÜLLER, Rondo has now extended its possibilities to produce high quality boxes with the smallest TURBOX.

The right hand operated BTX 1450 features UNIQUE EJECT – the patented single box ejection unit – in combination with glue application inspection from Baumer HHS XTEND³. A clever combination to avoid misglued products in the delivery. A more critical thread to ZERO DEFECT DELIVERY is a misfold box. Inside diagonal flaps can get wrong during production.

BAHMUELLER sensor system DFS – Diagonal Fold Supervision – is the solution for these kind errors.

The smart and easy set sensor bundle is directly attached to the folding bridges and detects errors during full run speed.

Once detected the box will be ejected fully automatic by UNIQUE EJECT.

BAHMUELLER control systems are a warrant for highest quality and easy operations.

DFS can be retrofitted to the machine at a later stage. The recently designed MINIFOLD device enables the customer to fold smallest products below the general production range.

The new mechanical device is placed inside the final folding area and being installed solely on demand. The 2 weeks training and commission has successfully passed and the production crew is very happy with the first impression. Convinced by the modular design with independent drives of each module the advantages are obvious.

All transport and folding bridges are independently adjustable and controlled by BAHMUELLERs own BOXFLOW®CONTROL. The open and intrinsically safe design enables the operators to have a close, but safe, look to the process.

Time for job change is reduced to a minimum and repeat orders can be installed in the glimpse of time compared to earlier Systems.
